Buy tickets

• The ticket price includes a 10% handling charge. A ticket issuance fee of ¥165 will be charged separately.
• Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Ticket sales will end once the allotted number of tickets has been sold.
• Those who are over the age of 3 charged a fee.
• Once your order has been completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
• Please present the 13-digit collection number from the email sent by eplus to the cashier at any 7-Eleven in Japan on or after the ticket pick-up start date to issue your tickets.
• Be sure to issue your tickets before arriving at the venue. Please bring them with you on the day of the event.
• Seat numbers are only printed on your ticket. We are unable to provide this information before you receive the ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
• Performing artists vary by event date.
• Ticket refunds and performance dates cannot be changed due to customer circumstances or performer changes.
• Tickets are non-refundable for any reason except in cases of event cancellation or postponement.
• Reselling, transferring, or listing purchased tickets for profit is prohibited. Entry may be denied if the ticket has been resold.
• There may be gaps between seats or seating arrangements where seats are aligned in front and behind each other.
• Cameras for recording purposes will be present in the venue, including the audience area. Recorded footage and photos may be used for broadcasting, streaming, or distribution.
