  • Ticket(s) will be exchanged on the day of the event . At the time of exchanging the ticket(s), he person who purchase the ticket will be required to show a valid photo identification (e.g. passport).
  • The only person who made the reservation must be present to collect ticket(s) at the venue.
  • Seat number will not be informed beforehand until you pick up your ticket at the venue on the day. We appreciate your kind understanding.
  • Performing artists vary by event date.
  • Ticket refunds and performance dates cannot be changed due to customer circumstances or performer changes.
  • Tickets are non-refundable for any reason except in cases of event cancellation or postponement.
  • Reselling, transferring, or listing purchased tickets for profit is prohibited. Entry may be denied if the ticket has been resold or if the name on the ticket does not match the attendee.
  • There may be gaps between seats or seating arrangements where seats are aligned in front and behind each other.
  • Cameras for recording purposes will be present in the venue, including the audience area. Recorded footage and photos may be used for broadcasting, streaming,
    or distribution.

NOTICE

To ensure everyone at Animelo Summer Live has a safe and fun time, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
-Any behavior that will interfere with the holding of performances, the concert and the event in general.
-Any behavior that will disturb or cause harm to other attendees.
-Bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages in the venue and coming to the venue intoxicated.
-Photography and recording in the hall.

Admissions

  • Bag checks will be performed at the admission gate.
  • You will be refused entry if you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting, etc.
  • Tickets will not be refunded if you are unable to enter the venue due to the above reasons, or if you are unable to enter or come to the venue due to illness.

Restrictions Regarding Behavior

  • Ignoring staff directions, running, hitting or kicking other attendees and any other behavior that can cause harm or injury when entering and exiting the venue is strictly prohibited.
  • Inappropriate abusive language and screaming, playing musical instruments or using devices that emit sound, throwing of objects and any other behavior that will interfere with any aspect of a performance in progress or the holding of that performance or the concert in general is prohibited.
  • Please remain seated during the concert. Sitting in a seat other than your assigned seat, leaving your seat unnecessarily to view the concert from another location, blocking aisles, exchanging seats with other attendees and other such behavior is also strictly prohibited.
  • Violent waving of hands and jumping, bringing ladders, stands or similar items into the venue and climbing on them to view the concert, sitting in a manner that infringes on the space of attendees in surrounding seats, behavior that may disturb other attendees such as sudden loud squealing, yelling, as well as cheers, dancing, chanting and other behavior commonly referred to as “ota-gei” is strictly prohibited.
  • Moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing, forming circles and other such behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Behavior that includes rushing the stage, running around the venue, climbing on, hitting or kicking the stage, fixtures, equipment, fences and other property is strictly prohibited. You will be required to pay for damages you cause to such property as a result of such behavior.
  • Use of glow sticks and light sticks/penlights is restricted to items that are of a straight stick-type design and are no longer than 30 cm in length. As a rule, you may hold only one of these items in each hand. Due to safety issues and the possibility of interfering with other attendees’ views of the concert, bringing or using multiple light sticks/penlights that are connected in some manner, light sticks/penlights that have been modified (including to increase their output), or are self-made, or similar items (including handheld illuminated beacons used for directing traffic, lighting equipment and light sources), even if commercially available, is prohibited. Inappropriate use (including throwing them, holding them in your mouth and swinging them around) is strictly prohibited, as it is dangerous and will disturb other attendees. Discovery will result in confiscation and disposal of the items used.
  • Dangerous and disruptive behavior may result in ejection from the event.

Restrictions Regarding Food, Drink and Smoking

  • Food and drinks, except drinks for the purpose of hydration, may not be brought into the outside event area or inside the venue.
  • Due to the safety and security risks they present, including spillage, breakage and the inability to see their contents, glass bottles, cans, water bottles and cups may not be brought into the venue. As we recommend that you hydrate as appropriate to prevent physical exhaustion due to such things as high apparent temperatures and heat illness, only plastic bottles containing non-alcoholic beverages for hydration may be brought inside the event hall and outside event area.
  • Bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages in the outside event area and inside the venue and entering the venue in an inebriated state are strictly prohibited. Discovery will result in confiscation of the beverages and immediate ejection from the event. Consuming alcoholic beverages before and after the concert in the area surrounding the venue is also strictly prohibited.
  • Please note that smoking will not be possible within the venue, as all smoking areas will be closed for the duration of the event. Smoking is also strictly prohibited in all areas that are not designated as smoking areas.

Restrictions Regarding Cameras, Recording Devices and Dangerous Items

  • Taking photographs and recording audio and video are strictly prohibited inside the event hall.
  • Bringing recording devices, photographic devices (including SLRs and binoculars with recording or photographic capabilities) and dangerous items (including lighters, matches and other flammable or explosive items and ignition devices) into the venue is prohibited.

Restrictions Regarding Rolling Suitcases and Other Large Luggage

  • Due to the disruption they may cause to other attendees and safety issues, including when they fall over, bringing rolling suitcases and other large luggage into the venue is prohibited.
  • No luggage storage service will be provided at the event.

Restrictions Regarding Use of Mobile Phones and Smartphones Inside the Event Hall

  • Use of mobile phones, smartphones, tablet devices and PCs inside the event hall is prohibited.
  • During the concert, please turn off such devices and do not hold them while you view the concert. If you are believed to be photographing or recording the concert, you will be temporarily escorted out of the event hall so that event or security staff can verify the contents of your device. You may be asked to delete any videos, audio recordings, photographs and other data of the concert from your device and then ejected from the event.

Viewing the Concert From a Wheelchair

  • Wheelchair users will be ushered to the designated wheelchair viewing area.
  • If you will be viewing the concert from a wheelchair, please be sure to use the contact form on the official Anisama website to inform us of your attendance either before or after purchasing your ticket.
  • For safety considerations the wheelchair viewing area will be set up in a predetermined location in the venue.
  • Please note that the concert may be difficult to see from the wheelchair area.
  • Use of the wheelchair area will be limited to individuals who require a wheelchair for mobility due to an injury or disability.
  • Please carry proof of your disability, such as a Disability Passbook/ID Card with you at all times. A ticket is also required for an individual accompanying you to assist you (up to 1 person).

In the event of an earthquake

  • Should an earthquake occur during the concert, the concert may be paused or cancelled at that point for reasons of safety.
  • Please follow all announcements and staff directions at that time.
  • Saitama Super Arena, the venue for this event, has been designed to be earthquake resistant and is safe to shelter in during an earthquake.

Miscellaneous

  • To reduce crowding after the concert ends, attendees will be directed to leave in a controlled manner through sequential release of individual seat blocks.
  • Please refrain from leaving your seat unnecessarily and loitering in aisles and entryways. If you must leave your seat, please be sure to take your ticket with you, as you will be required to present it when you return.
  • You will not be able to reenter the venue after leaving it during the event. We may also check your ticket when you exit the venue.
  • Please take all trash with you when you leave. Please dispose of used glow sticks in the designated collection area set up by one of the event sponsors inside the venue.
  • The organizer and performers will not be responsible or liable for accidents or injuries occurring inside or outside of the venue where Animelo Summer Live and other concurrent events are being held that are the result of your failure to follow the notice above and staff directions.
